1. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
· A shipping fee of PKR 299 will be charged on a single-product order.
· For each additional product added to the same order, as low as PKR 149 will be added to the total shipping cost depending on weight of the products.
2. International Shipping (Worldwide)
· International customers are responsible for any applicable custom duties, taxes or import charges as per their residing country custom/import policies.
3. Get 10% Extra Discount
· We offer additional 10% discount on all orders above PKR 30,000 within Pakistan.
3. Delivery Time
· Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
· After placing your order, it may take 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
· Delivery timelines are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.
· Delivery to remote areas within Pakistan may take longer.
· We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
4. Order Processing
· Orders are processed after successful telephonic verification & 50% advance payment verification for COD orders and full payment verification for direct bank transfers.
· However, we reserve the right to process Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without telephonic verification for verified customers or during high-volume periods such as sales, new arrivals or promotional campaigns. But Rawaj Parda Collection SMC Pvt Ltd will do 50% advance payment verification for all customers.
· We also reserve the right to hold or cancel Cash on Delivery (COD) orders as well as Direct Bank Transfer for unverified customers in case of unsuccessful advance payment confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
· Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number and a tracking number (if a valid email address is provided).
· You can use the tracking number in our Order Tracking section to monitor your shipment status.

6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
· Courier companies
· Weather conditions
· Customs (for international orders)
