Non-Refundable Policy for Custom Orders

Please note that all make-to-order and customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because these items are prepared specifically according to the customer’s measurements, design preferences and material selections, they cannot be resold or reused.

For this reason:

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Returns, refunds or exchanges are not applicable on make-to-order items unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
