1. Return Eligibility (For Standard Size Product(s) Only)
You may return items within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused
- The product is in original packaging
- The item is not damaged by the customer
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made curtains or blinds
- Cut-to-size wallpapers
- Used or washed products
- Clearance or sale items
- Any custom/make-to-order item
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item
- Share pictures of the product right away
- We will arrange replacement subject to stock availability if mistake was ours
4. Refund
Rawaj Parda Collection SMC Pvt Ltd does not offer “Cash Refund”.
However, there are specific cases where a refund is allowed. Refund may only be issued on standard size product order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before Rawaj Parda Collection SMC Pvt Ltd starts processing the shipment.
Or
If an item is found to be defective or damaged before shipping.
In such Cases;
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after necessary evaluation.
- Refund will be issued via original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received your complaint and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, 30% will be deducted from original amount and rest of the amount will be transferred to customer. Full/Total amount will be refund if item received is defective or damaged by our end.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We replace items if they are defective or damaged by our end. Custom Orders are non-exchangeable.
